At FIAA Trade, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and tags are included.
- The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see Section 5).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at info@fiaatrade.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements, personal care products).
- Customized or personalized items.
- Digital products or downloadable software.
- Items marked as final sale.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If returning for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipment.
